Day 4 - Thursday 25th June

Running is a great cardio workout. It gets your heart pumping which strengthens it and also helps it more efficiently pump blood throughout the body. Running is not only great for your physical health but also your mental health. Running is known to make you feel better and put a smile on your face!

If you don't have a tape measure to measure 5m you can download the app 'Tape Measure' and it will work just the same. No excuses!

Get running and have some fun!

Tweet in your videos/photos and remember to write down your personal best!
