During these unprecedented times, it is especially important to take care of our mental health and well being. At St Cecilia's we care about the emotional well-being of our amazing children and their wonderful families. We have set up this hub for parents and one on the class pages for the children.
You will find links and information on how to support your family during coronavirus, activities and information to help you take care of your own mental health and well-being, some tips on exercise whilst at home and much more.
If you go on class pages you will find the Mental Health Hub for children. The children will find fun therapeutic activities, relaxation techniques and tasks to complete.
We wanted you to know we support you and we are thinking of you all. You are not alone in this and we want to help in any way we can. We think you are all doing a wonderful job

It is such a difficult time for everyone at the moment and we are managing as best we can. Some of you are working from home, some are caring for vulnerable family and friends, you are home schooling your children amongst a million other things you are trying to do. I just wanted to remind you to take care of yourself also.
Self care is such an important thing that many of us forget to do because we put everyone else first. I want you to remember how important your mental health and well-being is.
I will be posting some tips or ideas for you to do as well as useful links during this pandemic. If you can find just 20 minutes each day for you. I don't mean cleaning or preparing things for others, I mean do something for YOU!!
What relaxes you? What do you love to do when you have time? When can you set this time for you?
