Pope Francis has requested that children remember and pray for all children around the world who are suffering. This year's focus is to pray the Rosary for peace and unity around the world. You can do it with your family on Sunday 18th of October and in school at 9am on Monday 19th of October. Please follow the link to the website for more information.

Gospel values weekly Tea Party
Our Gospel Values are set weekly and are based on The Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-12) The teachers nominate a child according to their value for the week and as a reward the children meet with Mrs Agate for a celebration tea party.
Year 3 Nativity
On 3rd and 4th of December, our wonderful Year 3 children performed a fantastic show in front of parents and Governors, to tell the important story of the Nativity, but this time, with a Strictly twist!
St. Cecilia's Feast Day
22/11/19 To celebrate the feast of St. Cecilia our patron saint, we shared Holy Mass with Fr. Dominic and Y6-2 did a wonderful musical assembly to tell the story of St. Cecilia. These are some of the pictures our Year 3 children drew of our special saint.

Weekly celebration for great work - Hot Chocolate Friday
Visit from Bishop Tom Williams. We were so excited for Bishop Tom to visit St. Cecilia's Junior School. Bishop Tom told us his favourite things are music and sport and luckily he arrived on our fun, fit Friday were he got to see lots of P.E and music taking place.
